- The product links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we receive a commission; it costs you nothing extra.
- Use the service for your own search, without mass queries and without attacks.
- We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and only to a limited extent for slight negligence (section 8).
1. Provider and scope
The provider is Elias Friderici, Zack Software, c/o Online-Impressum.de #4680, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany (see legal notice).
These terms of use apply to the use of Zack billiger in ChatGPT and to the website zack-billiger.com. They are the general terms and conditions of this free service. By using it, a free-of-charge usage agreement on these terms is concluded between you and us. Zack KI and Zack Typing have their own terms.
How we process data in this context is described in the privacy policy.
2. Service
On your request in ChatGPT, Zack billiger searches AliExpress for products. Where available, it returns title, price, image, rating, number of sales and a product link, and for a details request additionally shop, category and further images, for example. Zack billiger returns shipping costs, properties and variants only where they are available; they are often missing. To select the results, we use AI models that prepare your request and sort out unsuitable offers.
Use is free of charge and possible without an account of your own. You need access to ChatGPT. OpenAI's terms alone apply to that access; we have no influence on the availability, features or costs of ChatGPT.
We do not owe complete results, any particular result or the lowest price on AliExpress.
3. No purchases via Zack billiger
We are neither the seller nor an intermediary of a purchase contract. A contract is concluded exclusively between you and AliExpress or the respective seller, on their terms. Your contractual partner alone is responsible for the offer, delivery, warranty, returns and payment. Whether further costs such as shipping or duties apply follows from the information on AliExpress.
4. Product information
All product information comes from AliExpress and reflects the state at the time it was retrieved. In addition to current queries, the results may include offers from earlier lookups that are up to seven days old. A displayed price often refers to the cheapest variant and excludes shipping costs. If information is missing, it is unknown. We guarantee neither up-to-date prices nor that shipping costs are stated.
AI models may sort out a suitable offer or let an unsuitable one through. ChatGPT words the answer itself and may shorten or misstate information. Only the information on AliExpress at the time of purchase is binding.
5. Funding through affiliate links
The product links are usually affiliate links of the AliExpress affiliate programme. If you buy through them, we may receive a commission from AliExpress. This does not cost you anything extra. We do not select or sort results by the amount of a commission.
6. Permitted use
Use Zack billiger only via ChatGPT or other channels we provide, and only for your own product search. In particular, the following is not permitted:
- automated mass queries or systematic data extraction,
- circumventing or interfering with protective limits, such as the limit on searches per minute,
- attacks on our systems or attempts to gain unauthorised access,
- searching for goods whose purchase or possession is unlawful.
Zack billiger does not search for weapons, tobacco and nicotine products, drugs and prescription medicines, adult products, counterfeits or devices for covert surveillance. The service declines such searches and does not show such offers.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We strive for reliable operation but do not owe any particular availability. To protect the service, we limit the number of requests and searches per minute and the search capacity per day; once it is used up, search is available again the next day (UTC). We may change, temporarily restrict or discontinue the free service.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty, for other damage caused by us intentionally or through gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential obligation, we are only liable for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Essential obligations are those whose fulfilment makes the use of Zack billiger possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely.
Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. These rules also apply to the personal liability of our vicarious agents. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
AliExpress, the sellers and OpenAI are themselves responsible for their offers, content and services.
9. Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time, for example by disconnecting Zack billiger in ChatGPT. If these terms are breached, we may reject or limit requests.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for the future, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. Each use is governed by the version published on this website at that time.
11. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence. Mandatory statutory provisions on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
12. Final provisions
These terms are available in German and English; both versions have the same content.
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual provisions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. The statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.
